  • Eligibility Requirements

– Open to INDIVIDUALS – Lay, Religious and Clergy interested in the Fatima Spirituality and the significance of the Five First Saturday Devotion to the world today and involved in Marian Organizations
– Participants must be at least fifteen years old (15 y.o.)

 

  • Registration Process

    a. Make / Deposit your registration fee payment before filling up the registration form online. Secure a scanned copy (screenshot / download) of your deposit slip or transaction record.
    b. Locate the REGISTRATION FORM SECTION of this page.
    c. A Gmail account is required in filling out the registration form.
    d. Fill out the registration form with accurate information. Make sure to fill-in all the required fields (those with red asterisk *). If you cannot provide a data, simply input/enter “N/A”.
    e. Review the information provided and ensure all fields are correctly filled out.
    f. Submit the Registration form electronically.

 

  • Verification Process

    a. After accomplishing the form, registrant will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL within seven to fifteen (7-15) days from the registration committee.
    b. The confirmation email will also contain the acknowledgment receipt of your payment with a unique registration ID.
    c. Further communication, updates and other information will be sent via email.

 

  • Registration Deadline

    The deadline for registration is on November 30, 2024. Registration received after that date will not be accepted.

 

  • Registration Fee and Payment

    – Registration fee: P1,000.00 (one thousand pesos)
    – Inclusive of: Wristband (for access) and convention booklet

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND POLICY
    • We can accommodate replacement before the November 5, 2024 registration deadline.
    • Registration will be accepted on a First-Come, First-Served Basis until the maximum number of registrants (2,000 pax) is reached.

 

  • PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

    – Registrant’s information will be kept confidential and used only for event-related purposes.
